I engaged with Claudia to find a rental property.

Although the task sounds simple; it was anything but given that I was relocating into Tucson from out of state. Claudia was responsive from the first time I reached out to her. During our first phone call, Claudia asked great questions to help her get focused on what I was looking for. She took copious notes and remained focused on my objectives. Within less than 24 hours she send me a list of properties which I used to help us get focused. Within a matter of a few days she setup showings for the target properties and I setup a three day trip around the showings. By the end of the three days I had my rental. However, Claudia did more than that. She shared with me information about the different neighborhoods, shopping, amenities, and much more. The education has been accurate and invaluable. "Claudia was very adept at listening, and understanding what was important to us. She was always extremely prompt to reply to questions and organize anything we asked of her; we liked her quick and direct email responses. She made a lot of effort to visit properties and send us photos when we were out of town. We liked the way she went the extra mile to be available for us and gave us undivided attention. Claudia's knowledge and expertise were excellent, and she was very efficient with any extra research required. Whilst she always gave advice, information and perspective when appropriate, she was also careful to give us space to think, a quality we much appreciated. She really helped us handle the stresses of the process, making a difficult job much more fun. We enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the area."
